At Atolea Jewelry, we want you to love your new waterproof pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Carefully place your items in their original Atolea pouches and packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our system and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
